Inspiration for use of Foccacia dough.

Focaccia originated in Italy and does flat bread. It is ideal as an accompaniment to the main meal, but is also ideal as a tapas bread, as a welcome snack and tapenade.

Before the bread is baked, we recommend that it be brushed with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and salt. The bread can be naturally seasoned perfectly at will with various herbs like oregano, thyme and finely chopped garlic, slivered red onion, sun-dried tomatoes or bread can be smeared with pesto.
