Roll the croissant dough on the supplied cookie sheet. Cut the dough into suitable pieces, 4, 6 or pieces to desired size. We recommend 8 pcs. Add a teaspoon of jam at the wide end and roll gently croissants from the outside toward the center and form them as crescents. Bake in a preheated oven at 165 ° C for approx. 16-20 min. until golden brown.
