  • Ingredients for 1 tart for 4 people:

    1 roll SR Food tart dough

    6 slices/1 pack SR Food Serrano ham from Espuña

    olive oil and butter

    3 bunches spring onions or 1 leek

    1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

    1 tsp fine sugar

    200 g natural cream cheese

    100 ml milk

    4 eggs

    1 egg, whisked with cold water for glazing 

    Roll out the tart dough on the baking parchment on a baking tray. Form an edge all the way round – support the edge with tin foil. Heat the olive oil and a knob of butter in a pan. Add the spring onions/leeks, balsamic vinegar and sugar and sauté for approx. 1 minute. Put the pan aside. Dice the Serrano ham. Put the Serrano ham on the tart dough and add the spring onions/leeks on top. Whisk together the cream cheese, milk and egg and pour over the filling. Glaze the edge of the tart dough with egg. 

    Bake the tart in a pre-heated oven for approx. 20 min. at 180°C (fan-assisted oven 160°C).

  • Ingredients for approx. 25 cakes:

    1 roll of SR Food’s Tart dough

    3 tbsp orange marmalade

    150 g sugar

    150 g butter

    12 g vanilla sugar

    150 g chopped almonds

    75 g almond flour or finely blended almonds

    75 g coconut

    75 g dark chocolate, 75%

    Roll out the tart dough on the baking parchment on a baking tray. Add the orange marmalade to the tart dough. In a pan melt together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and 4 tbsp water. Heat slowly until the butter has melted. Add the chopped almonds, the crushed almonds and the coconut. Mix thoroughly and put aside to cool. When the almond mass has cooled, add and smooth the almond mass on to the tart.

    Bake in a pre-heated oven for approx. 25 min. at 180°C (fan-assisted oven 160°C).

    Leave the nut tart to cool. Melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water. Once the tart is cold, cut into triangles and decorate with the melted chocolate. The nut slice is ready to serve.
