With puff pastry

With SR Food puff pastry, it is possible to create your very own pizza with the fillings of your choise.

The sky's the limit.

Ingredients for 6-8 people:


1 roll SR Food Puff Pastry Light


200 g crème fraiche


2 apples


Cinnamon and sugar


Roll the puff pastry out into a round shape approx. 25 cm in diameter. Peel and thinly slice the apples. Put the crème fraiche on to the puff pastry and add the apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake in a pre-heated fan-assisted oven at 180°C for approx.  20-30 min.


Serve as a cake with tea or coffee or as a dessert with ice cream.

  • 1 roll of SR Food Puff pastry Light 275g
  • 0,5 dl greek youghurt
  • 1,5 dl cream
  • Fresh berries
  • You also need 8 small tart or muffin tins of metal.

 

Roll the puff pastry out on the supplied cookie sheet. Grease the molds with fat. Punching or cut the puff pastry into small circles to fit your shape.

Puff pastry baked light golden in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (hot air 160 ° C) for approx. 15 minutes.

The puff pastry portions are colled and taken out of the tins.

Yogurt and cream is whipped together in a bowl. The cream / yogurt mass is distributed in each Puff pastry. Serve with fresh berries.

  • Ingredients for 4 salami rolls: 

    1 roll SR Food’s Puff Pastry Light


    50 g SR Food’s organic salami


    1 tbsp finely chopped Jalapeno or Pepperoni


    100 g kidney beans


    1 tin of sweet corn


    100 g chopped tomatoes


    1 egg


    Salt and freshly ground pepper


    Sugar


    Roll out the puff pastry on baking parchment and cut the dough into 4 parts. Dice the salami. Drain the liquid from the sweet corn and beans. Mix together the salami, beans, Jalapeno and chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.


    Add the filling to one half of the 4 dough pieces, leaving approx. 2cm of dough free. Cover the filling with puff pastry and press the edges together. Glaze each puff pastry roll with whisked egg.


    The puff pastry rolls are baked in a pre-heated oven for approx. 25 min at 180°C (fan-assisted oven 160°C) on a baking tray covered in baking parchment.
